Ausway Tours Pty Ltd may need to disclose personal information to third parties in order to carry out our activities. The main purpose we collect personal information is to provide any necessary travel advice, assess fitness of our passengers (travellers) and / or to assist with booking travel requirements. Ausway Tours Pty Ltd will use your information to complete reservations on the passenger’s behalf and allow our staff to contact our passengers regarding travel requirements.
This includes providing necessary information to travel agents, airlines, accommodation providers and attraction providers. Ausway Tours Pty Ltd will only provide necessary information to any third party suppliers involved.
Ausway Tours takes steps to ensure any third parties service providers involved overseas do not breach the Australian Privacy Principals, including contractual arrangements.
Ausway Tours Pty Ltd does not send unsolicited mail/emails nor do we sell personal information, email addresses, addresses, phone numbers or any other personal details to third parties. SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Ausway Tours Pty Ltd takes security of personal information seriously and has implemented a range of physical and electronic security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, modification, disclosure or misuse. Any personal information not actively being used is archived onsite, unless you request it to be removed.
All private medical information will be destroyed after tour has ended.

Passengers/staff/ may ask office staff to update/ correct or delete the personal information we hold at any time. Office staff will take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the applicant before granting access or making any corrections or deleting any information. These staff also has obligations to take reasonable steps to correct personal information when held, when satisfied that the information is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, misleading for the purpose which it is held.

Emergency Contacts Data
Each passenger prior to travel/ departure is required to provide Ausway Tours with emergency contact details. The purpose of this information is to use in case of an emergency or to gain more information regarding the capabilities and fitness of the travelling passenger, should difficulties arise in communicating with the passenger. Passenger’s personal information should remain secured for privacy protection.
If Ausway Tours receives a written complaint in regards to a breach of these privacy procedures, the CEO will investigate all complaints.
